This policy explains what information the TAP TAP TELLER web app (www.taptapteller.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. TAP TAP TELLER gives you one three-card tarot reading a day in a chat, written with the help of AI.

1. Information we collect

Sign-in information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture (the openid, email and profile scopes). We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data. If LINE or Kakao sign-in becomes available, we will receive similar basic profile information from them.
Your questions and readings. The questions you send, the cards drawn, the readings we generate, and the date and time of each.
Reading memory. Details you mention in your questions, such as names, relationships or current concerns, may be saved as short notes so that later readings stay consistent. These notes can include sensitive topics if you write about them.
Settings and region. Your language and an estimated country or region, based on your browser's time zone and language or on the country reported by our network provider. We do not use precise location.
Technical information. A session cookie that keeps you signed in. Our hosting and network providers process your IP address to deliver and protect the service; we use it only briefly in memory to limit abuse and do not store it with your account.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

2. How we use information

To sign you in and keep your account and chat history.
To screen each question automatically before a reading, for example for political content, hate, or signs of a crisis, and to show support resources when needed.
To generate readings and keep them consistent with what you have shared before.
To apply the one-reading-a-day limit and prevent abuse.
To fix problems and improve the quality of readings. The operator may review questions and readings for these purposes.

3. AI processing

To screen questions and write readings, we send your question, the drawn cards, the language you use, and relevant reading-memory notes to OpenAI through its API. OpenAI processes this data as our service provider. According to OpenAI's API data policy, data sent through the API is not used to train OpenAI's models by default. We do not send your name, email address or Google account ID to OpenAI.

4. Google user data

We use the information received from Google only to create your account, sign you in, and show your name in the app. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with others except as needed to run the service or as required by law. TAP TAP TELLER's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run TAP TAP TELLER:

OpenAI (AI screening and readings)
Cloudflare (network delivery and security)
Amazon Web Services (hosting)
Google, and later LINE and Kakao (sign-in)

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of users or others.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your account, questions, readings and reading memory while your account exists, until you ask us to delete them. The app shows the last 30 days of chat, but older records are kept so that later readings can use them. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.

7. Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, or to delete your account, email contact@taptapteller.com from the email address of your account. We normally complete requests within 30 days.
You can remove TAP TAP TELLER's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Contact us to use them.

8. Children

TAP TAP TELLER is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has used the service, please contact us and we will delete the information.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, store sign-in sessions as one-way hashes, and limit access to the data to the operator. No service can guarantee perfect security.

10. Changes

This is an interim version while the service is being tested. When we change it, we will update the date on this page, and we will give notice in the app for significant changes.
